We offer you numerous career opportunities that are tailored to your individual strengths and goals. - Are there professional development opportunities? Is professional developement supported by the company?
As a team, we constantly want to improve. That's why we encourage all employees to develop personally and professionally. We cover up to 100 % of the costs.
- Does BHS Intralogistics offer home office/mobile working and if so, to what extent?
The basis for the mobile working policy at BHS Intralogistics is the associated guideline. This enables employees to switch flexibly between business and private work locations in order to promote a healthy work-life balance. Prerequisites for mobile working include manager approval, compliance with work and data protection guidelines and ensuring a suitable and safe workplace.
- How many vacation days per year does BHS Intralogistics offer?
We offer our employees 30 days' vacation per year plus special leave.
- How good do my English skills have to be?
As a rule, knowledge of English is not required. However, English is required for some specific positions; this requirement is explicitly stated in the respective job advertisements in the qualification criteria.
- Is there a dress code at BHS Intralogistics?
There is no general dress code at BHS Intralogistics.

- Are there flexitime options?
Working flexitime is possible with us - however, this depends on the job in question. All general conditions for the respective job advertisement will be discussed in detail during the interview.
- Are there core working hours?
BHS Intralogistics has core working hours Monday - Thursday from 09:00 - 15:00 and Friday from 09:00 - 13:00 and no shift models.
- Is there an overtime account?
As a rule, there is an overtime account. Depending on the position, there are also trust-based working hours.
- Is there a “you” culture?
Yes, at our company we practice a “you” culture across all levels.
- Are there charging stations for e-cars?
Yes, there are several charging stations for electric cars on our company premises that can be used by our employees.
- What should I look out for in my application?
Your application should be informative and complete. Ideally, you should upload your application directly via our online application portal after selecting the desired position.
- Are proactive applications welcome?
You are welcome to send us a proactive application. We will check individually whether there are positions available that match your application.
- What will my first day at work be like?
You will receive the exact schedule for your first working day from HR approximately one week before you start. Your first day includes a presentation with all the important information about your day-to-day work and the handover of your equipment. We will take you on a tour of the building and you will be given an overview of the individual departments. Your buddy and team will then welcome you. You will set up your workstation together and receive your first technical introductions.
- How much travel is involved in the service area?
The travel activity in our service team varies between 150 days and 200 days per year worldwide.
- What shift models are there?
We do not have a shift operation at BHS Intralogistics.
- Is there a vacation and Christmas bonus?
Yes, our employment contracts include 13 salaries. The 13th salary is paid in two parts: you receive the first half as vacation pay at the end of July and the second half as a Christmas bonus at the end of November.

- Which training professions are offered?

- What high school diploma do I need to start a vocational training program at BHS Intralogistics?
Depending on the training occupation, there may be different educational requirements. The requirements can be found in the relevant job advertisement.
- What benefits do I have as an apprentice at BHS Intralogistics?

We also pay a Christmas bonus, certificate bonus and, depending on the location, a subsidy for public transportation. We also offer participation in free English courses and regular training and further education at the BHS Corrugated training center (ÜBZO) in Weiherhammer.
- Is there a deadline to submit my application?
There is no specific closing date for applications, but the early the better. BHS Intralogistics trains according to demand, i.e. if the training positions are filled, we unfortunately cannot offer any further positions for the respective period.
- How much will I earn during my training?
You start your first year of training with a gross salary of € 1,264/month. This salary increases annually up to €1,452/month in the fourth year of training.
- I have received an acceptance letter. What happens next?
Once you have been accepted for an apprenticeship at BHS Intralogistics, you will first receive your employment contract. After some time, onboarding will begin, during which you will receive further information about your first day and the training process.
- What benefits do I have as a working student at BHS Intralogistics?
In addition to the normal vacation entitlement, working students are entitled to flexible working hours, the opportunity to attend lectures in the office and, in consultation with their manager, mobile working.
- Which departments offer a position as a working student?

- What are the working hours as a working student?
As a working student at BHS Intralogistics, you can organize your working hours flexibly in consultation with your manager, whereby you can work up to 20 hours per week, based on the legal requirements. During the semester break, you can increase your hours to up to 40 per week. You can also reduce your hours temporarily, for example during exam periods.
- Can I do a trial internship at BHS Intralogstics?
Of course you can do a trial internship at BHS Intralogistics. Trial internships are possible at any time and offer a good opportunity to help you with your career choice. You can find the activities for which you can currently apply in our job vacancies.
- Which areas offer trail internships?
You can do an internship with us in the areas in which we also offer our vocational training. This means that there are opportunities in production and in the commercial area.
