Our Team

Business Operations
The Business Operations team is responsible for the entire value chain of our products, from production and assembly through to successful commissioning by our customers. Our own quality management ensures that all products meet the highest quality standards.
In addition, the Product Engineering team is responsible for prototype construction and technical development in order to continuously deliver innovative solutions.
Thanks to BHS Intralogistics' own service team, Business Operations guarantees smooth implementation and optimum support for the products after delivery.
The team thus makes a decisive contribution to efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction.
Business Administration
The Business Administration team supports both internal and external business processes and is responsible for organizing and managing them.
The People Management team, which focuses on recruiting as well as the further development and support of our employees, is part of it.
The Finance & Controlling department, which is responsible forsupporting strategic decisions and planning processes, can also be found here. The networking of all areas of the company forms the basis for decision-making support.
The team is completed by Project Purchasing. This supports the product development process from supplier selection through to procurement. Constant exchange with the RDE department forms the basis for this.
As a team, the Business Administration department ensures efficient business processes and plays an important role in the strategic direction of the company.


Research & Development
With around 40 employees, the Research & Development team is the largest department in the company and is responsible for the new and further development of our innovative products. It covers both software and hardware development with mechanical and electrical design and is responsible for the iCMS, associated workflows and physical products such as iPrep and iShuttle.
With the agile working method according to Scrum, the team ensures fast and efficient implementation of projects, whereby the five teams are managed by the product owners.
The close cooperation and interdisciplinary exchange enable the continuous improvement and innovation of our products in order to always meet the highest technological standards.
Business Development
The Business Development team plays a central role in business expansion and optimization. It is responsible for Sales & Distribution and is therefore the first point of contact for new customers and for maintaining existing customer relationships.
After successful sales, the team is also responsible for project management through to implementation, including technical drawings and planning, to ensure that projects are implemented efficiently and in line with customer requirements.
The product management team ensures that our solutions always meet current market requirements and are continuously developed further.
By working closely with all areas of the company, Business Development contributes significantly to the growth and success of BHS Intralogistics.
