Whistleblower system

We want to be informed about unlawful conduct in our company so that we can clarify and remedy such behavior. We have therefore introduced a company-wide whistleblower system.
We encourage every single person - regardless of whether they are employees, former colleagues, customers, suppliers or third parties - to inform us of any legal violations or violations of our guidelines or the Code of Conduct. This is to ensure the timely detection, follow-up and, if necessary, punishment of compliance violations. Please also use the BHS Corrugated reporting system to report human rights and environmental violations in relation to the LkSG.
The whistleblower system is exclusively for receiving and processing reports of actual or alleged violations and is not available for general complaints. With this reporting channel, employees of BHS Corrugated and external third parties have the opportunity to report concerns, tips and violations confidentially and, if desired, anonymously.
With every report you help to clarify and eliminate misconduct and grievances. All information, including references to the whistleblower, will be processed confidentially and in accordance with the applicable laws.

The following reporting channels are available to you for submitting a report:

In addition to the internal reporting channels, you also have the option of contacting external authorities responsible for the respective individual case (e.g. Federal Office of Justice) with your complaint or report.
