Bürgerheim Kumpfmühl, a modern senior living facility run by Regensburg SeniorenStift, provides elderly residents with a safe and welcoming home. During the holiday season, it’s especially important to remind those who may not have family nearby that they are not alone.
To put this idea into practice, our traditional Christmas Charity took place once again this year. Each employee of BHS Intralogistics received the name of a resident of the facility and independently selected a suitable, personalized gift, ranging from small tokens of appreciation to decorations and treats.
On 16 December, the gifts were personally delivered to the residents by Esmeralda Pilz, HR Business Partner, and Luica Magerl, Assistant to the Managing Director. The presents delighted the residents, and their warm reactions made the day a truly special occasion for everyone.
“It is wonderful to see how small gestures can bring so much joy. Especially during the Holiday Season, it is important that no one feels alone. Thanks to the dedication of our colleagues, wishes were fulfilled and truly special moments were created,” says Esmeralda Pilz.
