The iCMS (intelligent Control- and Management System) from BHS Intralogistics basically consists of two software packages. One is the BHS iCMS Fleetmanager (FM), which handles the interaction of the individual driverless transport vehicles within specific layouts. These interactions are coordinated via several easy-to-use interfaces in accordance with industrial standards.
And on the other hand, the BHS iCMS Intralogistics (IL), which takes care of optimizing the material flow of plant production through the continuous coordination of digital and manual resources. Continuous optimization is based on the specific requirements of the respective production orders.
Thanks to iCMS, 100% connectivity of all iMotion products is possible.

The individual components of the iCMS system have different features depending on the level ofautomation selected. In general, there are three different versions. iCMS Compact, as an entry-level version for autonomous corrugated board feeding, iCMS Connect with an interface to the customer's production program and iCMS Convenient, which represents the highest expansion level of the iCMS system.
