iPrep
The iPrep from BHS Intralogistics takes corrugated board production to a new level. The autonomous detection of damage on the surface of paper rolls and the subsequent removal of damaged paper webs reduces raw material waste to a minimum. This leads to considerable cost savings due to less material consumption as well as the reduction of potential downtimes of the corrugator.
A throughput of up to 25 rolls per hour enables maximum performance to be achieved. The optional combination of underfloor conveyor and iShuttle system makes the iPrep individually applicable and suitable for every customer layout.
