The Roll Handover System (RHS) is a stationary lifting device that transfers paper rolls fully automatically to an iShuttle® or a conveyor belt. This makes it the ideal interface between the roll store and your production - for a smooth, efficient material flow.
Thanks to its modular design, the RHS can be easily extended to iPrep® at any time - for even more automation and future-proofing.

In addition, an integrated fence safety concept with entry monitoring, including automatic stop functions, light barriers, and emergency stop switches, ensures comprehensive protection throughout the entire work process.
Furthermore, the significant reduction in forklift traffic in the work area reduces potential sources of accidents.

The RHS is designed so that it can be modularly and easily upgraded to iPrep®. The iPrep® automatically recognises and removes damaged paper webs - thereby significantly reducing waste.
The result: savings of up to 225 tonnes of paper per year and corrugator - a clear competitive advantage in the face of rising raw material prices.
